About Me
I founded this firm in 2009, bringing with me a strong background in both law and business. Prior to practicing law, I launched a successful publishing company in New York and London, generating multi-million-dollar sales across major U.S. and U.K. markets. That business-first perspective still drives my legal approach today.
I hold a joint JD/MBA from Rutgers Law School and Rutgers Graduate School of Management and am licensed in New York (State, Federal, and Bankruptcy Courts). My team includes attorneys licensed in New Jersey, Connecticut, California, Delaware, Pennsylvania, and other jurisdictions, with additional representation available Pro Hac Vice when needed.
